Missing 1 to 4 teeth? Told you need months of healing before your implant? There may be a faster way: the implant placed the same day as the extraction, when clinically appropriate.

Most treatment plans follow the traditional timeline. For many patients, there is a shorter path, and a records review is how you find out which one is right for you.
The Usual Way
From extraction to finished tooth: often 6 to 12 months, across two separate surgeries.
Our Approach: When Clinically Appropriate
Not everyone is a candidate. Bone, gums and infection status decide. That is exactly what our free records review determines.
Send us the X-rays or 3D scan you already have, along with the treatment plan you were given. Our doctors review them personally, not a call center. Then you get one of three honest answers:
If your records suggest you may be a candidate for same-day implant placement, we will explain the shorter path and what it would involve, step by step.
If your imaging is outdated or incomplete, we will tell you exactly what is missing and how to get it, before anyone talks about treatment.
If the plan you already have is the correct one, we will say so, and you can proceed with your own dentist with real confidence.
We sometimes say no. That is what makes a second opinion worth having.
Better diagnosis, better planning, better treatment. Guesswork has no place in implant dentistry.

Your records are reviewed by our implant team and discussed with you personally, never by a call center.
Choose whichever is easier. Your review and treatment can happen at either location.

Often, yes, when clinically appropriate. If your bone, gums and infection status allow it, the implant is placed in the same visit as the extraction: one surgery instead of two.
The final crown is not same-day. Your implant needs 2 to 4 months to integrate with the bone before the permanent custom crown is placed. Whether you are a candidate is exactly what the free records review determines.
Our doctors personally review your existing records (your X-rays or 3D scan and the treatment plan you have been given) and give you an honest answer: we can help, we need more information, or your current plan is already the right one.
No visit is required for the initial review, and there is no obligation either way.
Your dental records belong to you. It’s your right to receive a copy from any office that has treated you. Our front desk will help you request them and tell you exactly what to ask for. If your imaging turns out to be outdated or incomplete, we’ll tell you what’s needed before anything else happens.
The second-opinion records review is free. Implant fees depend on each patient’s clinical situation, so we never quote prices sight-unseen, but our fees are competitive for the Bay Area, and if you come in for a consultation, the consultation fee is credited toward your treatment.
You will always receive an exact written plan before you decide anything.
Send your details below. Our front desk will call you, usually within one business day, to arrange your free records review. No obligation, and no pressure either way.
Please don’t include medical details in this form. Everything clinical is handled privately, by phone. Your information is used only to contact you about your second opinion and is never shared.
